Q: What are the definitions of Availability?
Ships Same Day: For online, prepaid orders completed before 1PM CT this item will ship the same business day. In Stock: For online, prepaid orders this item will ship in 2-5 business days. Limited: Inventory is not in stock for immediate shipment. Orders will be acknowledged once placed with a confirmed ship date provided via email. If you need current lead times prior to ordering, please contact us. Unavailable: Inventory is not available. Manufacturing lead times may apply. Please request a quote for more information.
Q: What are Limited Stock Lead Times?
Limtied Stock lead times represent the total time to manufacture a product for small to medium quantities. Larger quantities may have a longer lead time. Projected manufacturing time frames are based on the run rate/popularity of specific product OPNs. These estimates are adjusted periodically to account for world wide component availability. Product designated LTB - Last Time Buy indicates that an EOL date has been announced and this product will only be available for purchase for a limited time. Lead times may vary. Product designated NPI - New Product Introduction indicates that this product is not released for sale under general terms. The purchase of NPI products is non-refundable and non-returnable. Lead times may vary.
Q: Do I have to check out online?
No. You may contact our sales team and we can work with you offline to complete your order.
Q: When will my order ship?
Most orders placed by 1:00 PM CT will ship the same business day. Exceptions to this include orders placed on a holidays, weekends, or any orders requiring special handling. Look for availability on product pages or chat us for specific information.
Q: How can I track my order once it ships?
You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number when your order leaves our warehouse. You can use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation to track the progress of your shipment. If you registered for an account, you can also log in to the account area of this website to check your order status.
Q: Can you remove the tax from my online order?
Yes. All shipments to US addresses will be charged sales tax unless otherwise requested and appropriate documentation provided. Please follow these instructions to have tax removed from your order: Create an account associated with your business email address. Send a request that your account be marked tax exempt via email to the Ecommerce Team prior to placing your order. Please attach a tax exempt certificate and provide the email address associated with your account. Our team will mark this account as tax exempt for all orders placed with this log-in, today and in the future.
Q: Can I arrange my own shipping?
Yes. You may select Provide My Own Shipping during check out. Please provide the shipping carrier (FedEx, UPS, DHL or other), shipping method (ground, overnight, second day etc) and third party account number in the Order Comments. You can also chat, call or reply to your order confirmation email with these details. All shipments made on third-party account will be sent EXW terms.
Q: What are my payment options?
NVIDIA Networking provides several payment options in order to meet customer needs. We accept all major credit cards and Paypal which can be used to checkout online 24/7. If you would like to pay with wire transfer or on account, please contact our team prior to completing your order.
Q: How can I send a PO for my order?
You may reference your PO number in the Order Comments section during check out. Once your receive an email confirmation, simply reply with the attached PO. If you'd prefer to send the PO in advance, please email us at ecommerce-support@mellanox.com.
Q: How do you handle duties and taxes for international imports?
If the customer pays NVIDIA for shipping at the time of check out, packages are sent via FedEx International and import duties and taxes are prepaid by FedEx during transit. The recipient is due these funds to FedEx prior to delivery. If the customer pays using a third party account, import duties and taxes will be handled by the recipients broker. NVIDIA Mellanox is not responsible for taxes levied on imports by destination country. We do not quote or collect these funds.
